Harvest Brodiaea

Harvest Brodiaea (brodiaea elegans), also known as Elegant Brodiaea, is one of my absolute favorites, probably because of the deep blue that stands out in a way that reds just don't when slightly color impaired like me. I have taken numerous photos of this one, but for some reason, they always end up blurry. I finally got the ones that form the core of this gallery up on Sunnyside Bench (up and left of Lower Yosemite Fall), where they occur in profusion. I've usually seen them in clusters of 1-4 plants, but on this day they were in beds of hundreds upon hundreds, which was a major treat for me.
