A nice view down the whole route, that's Lung Ledge over the climber's right shoulder (i.e. left of the climber looking down) and the Hollow Flake over the climber's left shoulder. This is described as a "poor bivy for 1" in the Supertopo description. I would say miserable. You can fairly easily sleep at The Block (a not-so-great-either sloping bivy, but spacious) and fix to here instead.
